The soft green cones better known from brewing, also a traditional calming herb. People reach for it around restlessness and sleep. Beyond brewing, dried hops are sometimes used in sleep pillows or teas for their mildly sedating aroma. They're closely related botanically to hemp, though hop plants climb via twining bines rather than leaves.
