When you create an account: your name and email address. When you use the site: the remedies and ingredients you save, the reviews you write, and basic usage data (pages visited, features used). We don't collect anything we don't need.

To run your account, show your reviews, and personalise your experience (saved items, trust level). We may use anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve the product. We don't build advertising profiles and we don't use your data to target ads.

Full stop. We will never sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

We use a small number of third-party tools to keep the site running (hosting, email delivery). These providers only process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to keep it secure. Affiliate links (e.g. Amazon) may set their own cookies when you click them — that's governed by their privacy policies, not ours.

We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences (like People vs Pet mode). No advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time, though some features may not work as well.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account at any time. Just get in touch.
