Brushing skin before a shower as a circulation-and-skin ritual.
Choose a soft, dry body brush. Do this on dry skin, before showering.
Use long, light strokes starting at the feet and hands, always moving toward the center of the body.
Light pressure only — skin should feel stimulated, never scratched or red. Avoid broken or irritated skin.
Rinse off afterward and follow with a moisturizer or infused oil.
