Swishing oil as part of an oral-care routine.
Take about a tablespoon of coconut or sesame oil first thing in the morning, before eating or drinking.
Move the oil slowly around your mouth and between teeth for 5–15 minutes. Keep it relaxed — no vigorous gargling.
Spit the oil into a bin, not the sink (it can clog drains). Never swallow it.
Rinse with water, then brush as normal. Oil pulling adds to a routine — it doesn't replace brushing.
